About Me

Hello, my name's Jamie "Jay" Kwan! I studied at Singapore's Nanyang Polytechnic, Diploma of Digital Game Art & Design. My aspiration is to become a 2D artist, specifically for character designs, but I'm open to various job roles. Maybe even a writer!

My inspiration comes from many things: music, shows, video games, life stories... The list goes on and on. With the world as my muse, I am able to build a variety of universes within my head.

My go-to is to draw portraits of my original characters and develop their designs, but I'm hoping to expand beyond my comfort zone and do dynamic scenes and environments. I really love Victorian/Steampunk themes, as well as fantasy and the paranormal genre! I also like to photograph and do photo manipulation from time to time.
